All items are made to order therefore:
Refunds and Exchanges are accepted on damaged goods only - we require images of parcels that clearly show damage caused by transit of both packaging and damaged goods too
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to start the process.
Customers are responsible for cost of returning items and items will be assessed once received.
Customers will be responsible for any damage caused during returns process and any loss of value.
